All remote support is billed at $69/hour plus applicable taxes, regardless of plan. The difference between tiers is in the minimums, included hours, and how calls are aggregated.
Billed at the time of service. A one-hour minimum applies per call. Best suited for clients who rarely need hands-on support.
Same billing structure, but includes one no-cost support hour per three seats per month. The minimum still applies per call outside that included hour.
Calls are aggregated and billed monthly — no per-call minimum. Standard maintenance tasks and support calls under 30 minutes are included at no charge.
Can I add more backup storage?
Yes — all plans include 1TB of Canadian cloud backup. Additional storage is available at an added monthly cost. Ask us for current storage pricing.
What counts as a "seat"?
A seat is a managed device — typically a workstation, laptop, or server. Network devices and surveillance systems monitored via CRMM may be counted separately depending on your configuration.
Where is my data stored?
All backup data is stored on Canadian infrastructure. Your data never leaves Canada, satisfying data residency requirements for regulated industries.
Can I upgrade plans later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with Backup Essential and move to Professional as their needs grow. Contact us and we'll handle the transition smoothly.
